How do I create new Custom content?
To setup and create new template based content, go to the Account Dashboard and click on the Add New Content button
  • Follow the setup steps to create the new content. You may edit or change any portion of the content subsequently, as often as you wish.

How do I change the layout?
To change layout, go to the Account Dashboard and click on the Edit Existing Content button
  • Click on the button for the relevant row of content
  • Select and change your layout to any style
  • Click on the 'I’m done!' button to save data

How do I upload my content?
To upload a picture, go to the Account Dashboard and click on the Edit Existing Content button
  • Click on the button for the relevant row of content
  • Click on the 'Upload Video / Picture' button
  • Click on the 'Browse' button
  • Navigate your local computer and select the file that you would like to upload
  • Click on the 'Upload' button to upload image and save data

How do I replace my existing custom content?
To replace your existing custom content with new content, just upload the new content and it will overwrite the existing content.

How do I edit the page title?
To upload a picture, go to the Account Dashboard and click on the Edit Existing Content button
  • Click on the button for the relevant row of content
  • Click on the 'Change Page Title' button
  • Enter text as required Click on the click on the ‘Use this title!’ button to save data

How do I view what I have created?
To upload a picture, go to the Account Dashboard and click on the Edit Existing Content button
The content will display and show you what you have created. You may edit or change any portion of the content as often as you wish and review the results. Once you are done, click on the 'I like this - Let's schedule it for display' button.

How do I 'Activate' or 'Put On Hold' specific content?
To 'Activate' or 'Put On Hold' specific content, go to Content Setup >> Content Listing
Click on the or button for the relevant row of content.

I cannot see all the content created by me!
You may have selected to view a limited listing of the content list.
To change this and view an expanded list, click on relevant text links on the top of the page:
  • All content: Displays both ‘Active’ and ‘Suspended’ content
  • Active content: Displays only ‘Active’ content
  • Suspended content: Displays only ‘Suspended’ content

I am happy with my content, how do I schedule it to run on a screen?
To schedule content to run on a particular screen, go to the Account Dashboard and click on the Add Content To Screen button
You will see a listing of all your screen locations; select the screen where you need the content to display by clicking on the button.
To ‘Add Content
  • Identify the row of the content that you would like to add to the screen
  • Click on the picture of the calendar next to the Start Date and select the date you would like your content to START displaying from
  • Click on the picture of the calendar next to the End Date and select the date you would like your content to STOP displaying
  • Enter the Duration (in seconds) you would like the content to display before the screen refreshes and displays the next content. In case you are setting up only a singular content, enter the duration based on when you would like the content to refresh and display itself again. Typical setting for most Templates: 30 seconds
  • Enter the Display % of content. Example: If you were to display 4 unique content, you could enter ‘25’ for each of them to display in equal proportion. You may change this number to increase or decrease the frequency of content as you wish
  • Click on the button to add the content to this screen
Notes:
  1. The content is setup to display 24 hours - This may be changed by Modifying the selection
  2. The content is setup to display all 7 days of the week - This may be changed by Modifying the selection

How do I change the Start and End date of content that I have scheduled?
To change the Start and End date of scheduled content, go to the Account Dashboard and click on the Add Content To Screen button
You will see a listing of all your screen locations; select the screen where you need the content to display by clicking on the button.
  • Click on the picture of the calendar next to the Start Date and select the date you would like your content to START displaying from
  • Click on the picture of the calendar next to the End Date and select the date you would like your content to STOP displaying
  • Click on the button to change the Start and End date of the content

How do I setup to display my content at specific hours of the day?
To setup specific time slots of display for scheduled content, go to the Account Dashboard and click on the Add Content To Screen button
You will see a listing of all your screen locations; select the screen where you need the content to display by clicking on the button.
  • Check’ or ‘Uncheck’ the relevant hour box under the ‘Pick hour of day to display’ column
  • Click on the button to change the display time of the content



    Example of content setup to display from 7 AM to 7 PM

Note: Hour 1 (AM) indicates time slot from midnight to 1 AM, while Hour 1 (PM) indicates time slot from noon to 1 PM.

How do I setup to display my content on specific days of the week?
To setup content to display on specific days of the week, go to the Account Dashboard and click on the Add Content To Screen button
You will see a listing of all your screen locations; select the screen where you need the content to display by clicking on the button.
  • ‘Check’ or ‘Uncheck’ the relevant day under the ‘Day of week’ column
  • Click on the button to change the display time of the content

How do I suspend content from displaying on a screen?
To suspend content from displaying on a specific screen, go to the Account Dashboard and click on the Add Content To Screen button
You will see a listing of all your screen locations; select the screen where you need the content to display by clicking on the button.
  • Click on the button to suspend display of this content

How do I activate content that was put on hold?
To activate content, go to the Account Dashboard and click on the Add Content To Screen button
You will see a listing of all your screen locations; select the screen where you need the content to display by clicking on the button.
Click on the button to resume display of this content
